Mark Smout (Managing Director) and Lance Grainger (Senior Surveyor) have been inspecting premises in Suffolk and Essex for 30 years, and have an excellent knowledge of the types of property and local values in those areas.  They are both qualified Chartered Surveyors and M.S. Surveys Ltd is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

• All paperwork will be sent via post and/or email on the same day of instruction

• A detailed inspection will be undertaken with the report containing advice that is clear and easy to understand

• The report will be returned via the post/email usually within 2-3 working days of carrying out the survey

• A consultation period will be made available for clients if required
